I bought this less than a year ago and its broken 3 times already. First, the trigger broke (cheap plastic). Second, the choke broke off (cheap plastic again). I've contacted customer service, its still under warranty and they say they are out of parts (carburetor) and will try to find one, maybe take one off a returned unit (so they MIGHT take care of it if they can find a USED part to send). Third, the string "head unit" flies apart if the rpm's get too high. Their customer service is a joke and I'll never buy from this company again. My only regret is I have to give you at least 1 star (too high).
The first day I got the weed eater it just tore up the weeds and worked excellently, the second day it worked for about 15 minutes then wouldn't go to full power or it would go full power then die again. Not happy about the no return policy that I didn't notice before I bought it. Lesson learned I guess...
it runs very smooth, and efficient and Does everything it says it will.
I would say if your looking for a great weed eater look no farther.
Clean edges every time. Feels solid and well-built.
I was surprised how well it handled thicker weeds. Great power!
